Description
An essential in every gym bag and home gym, the lacrosse ball is used to roll out sore spots on the ground or on a wall. Remember: no pain, no gain when it comes to rolling out. For the lower back or glutes start in a sitting position or for calfs or thighs try either sitting or lying on the floor and gently roll the ball around. For shoulder and high back areas place the ball between your back and a wall. For the neck roll the ball around between your neck and open palm.
