The Armortech 15lb Aluminum Training Bar is perfect for practicing technique, as well as the basic fundamentals of lifting.

The bar itself is still suitable for Olympic Sized weight plates, however it is significantly less in weight compared to traditional Olympic bars. This allows the user to practice lifts, without placing too much stress on their body.

The bar is fixed with sealed needle bearings, allowing for a smooth rotation, important especially when dealing with heavier weights. Standard Olympic knurling is also included for a safe, and convenient grip. The bar comes with a 12 month commercial warranty.
