The Cable Crossover attachment comes with a heavy duty construction and a fixed bolting system. This is essential as it helps to keep the crossover attachment safe and stable during workouts. Aircraft quality cables are also included, giving the attachment a very smooth and consistent movement during workouts.
Plate holders come included with this attachment, accepting both Olympic and standard sized plates. Two single handle cable attachments also come included.
